Yes. At checkout you can add our Professional Assembly service, where we carry your new bed to your room, assemble it, and remove all packaging. You can also add Bed Recycling for collection of your old bed for responsible disposal (please note we don’t disassemble your old bed).

We aim to deliver your order within 7–10 working days (excluding bank holidays). Remote areas may take a little longer, if your delivery falls outside our standard delivery timeframe, a member of our team will be in touch with a more accurate timeline.
You’ll receive updates at each stage:
- 3 - 4 days before Delivery - We’ll confirm your delivery date
- The day before Delivery - We’ll share a 4-hour window for the day of delivery
- On the day - Our delivery team will let you know when they are 30 - 60 minutes away.
At the moment we are unable to offer a choice of specific delivery date or time. Our dispatch schedule is set by operational planning, driver routes, and fleet availability.
