Delivery

We deliver to our customers across mainland UK, however, some locations within the UK are currently excluded.

We offer free standard delivery (7–10 working days) on all orders. We also provide a delay delivery service free of charge, where we hold your order until you’re ready.

Deliveries to any remote areas we may deliver to (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore locations) may require additional charges and extended delivery times.

The following postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge of £39.99: IV, PH, AB, DD, PA20+, KA27, LL, LD, TR, PL, TQ, BT, SY, EX, TA, FK8+ & PO31+ PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, TD, TR, KW, BH, CA, CT, DT, FK, IP, NR, CF, SA, TQ. Please note that these delivery restrictions and surcharges are subject to change. While we make every effort to keep this information accurate and up to date, if you are unsure before placing your order, please contact our support team for confirmation.

We aim to deliver your order within 7–10 working days. These timescales are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order type. These timeframes are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. Remote areas may take a little longer, if your delivery falls outside our standard delivery timeframe, a member of our team will be in touch with a more accurate timeline.

You’ll receive updates at each stage:

  • 3 - 4 days before Delivery - We’ll confirm your delivery date.
  • The day before Delivery - We’ll share a 4-hour window for the day of delivery.
  • On the day - Our delivery team will let you know when they are 30 - 60 minutes away.

At the moment we are unable to offer a choice of specific delivery date or time. Our dispatch schedule is set by operational planning, driver routes, and fleet availability. We’re committed to delivering promptly and efficiently, and our team will do their best to coordinate a suitable timeframe with you.

Yes. Contact our team at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Yes, we can deliver your order to your room of choice when you select our professional assembly service, you can find up to date pricing and add this to your basket via the product modification page of the new item you are ordering. This ensures safe placement and set-up exactly where you want it. Standard delivery includes doorstep delivery only.

A re-delivery fee of £60 may apply if no one is available to receive your order.

Yes. Someone must be present to sign and check the delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused item in its original packaging.

If you change your mind, a collection fee applies, this will be calculated when you contact us. For faulty or incorrect items, returns are free.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Yes. To process a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Please notify us immediately, ideally with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. Wall panels, custom-made items, personalised products, and mattresses once removed from packaging cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

Yes. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded in full. Later cancellations may incur an administration fee.
