Warranty Information

Your purchase is protected by our standard warranty cover, designed to give you assurance in the quality and durability of our products, backed by dedicated support from our customer care team throughout the guarantee period.

Mattress Warranty

All mattresses are supplied with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers sagging or permanent body impressions greater than 1.5 inches when used on a suitable bed base, faults in materials or manufacturing, and defective springs or foam components. It does not cover normal wear and tear, natural changes in comfort over time, accidental or deliberate damage (including cuts, burns, stains or liquid damage), or issues caused by use on an unsuitable or damaged frame or foundation.

Bed Warranty

All our beds come with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers structural failures, loose or broken components, and defective welds or joints. Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, minor marks or discolouration, as well as damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or using an incompatible mattress, are not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please email Sales@Mude.co.uk or call 020 4578 4111 with your order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photographs or videos where possible. Our team may request further details or arrange an inspection. Once assessment is complete, we will confirm the outcome and appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement with a comparable product, or a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty cover applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims must be made within the active warranty period, and products must have been used and maintained in line with our care guidelines. Any modifications, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs may void the warranty. The warranty does not extend to incidental or consequential losses.

Warranty Exclusions

As our wall panels are supplied for self-assembly and installation involves various factors outside our control (adhesive failures, wall damage, misalignment, unsuitable fixings), we are unable to cover them under warranty.
