9. Delivery
Our Delivery Information page forms part of these terms.
9.1 Where we deliver
We deliver across the mainland United Kingdom. Some locations are excluded and deliveries to remote areas such as parts of the Scottish Highlands Northern Ireland and certain offshore locations may attract extra charges and longer delivery times.
Postcodes that currently incur a surcharge and the current surcharge amount are listed on our Delivery Information page. These surcharge details are subject to change and the information shown on our site at the time you place your order will apply.
9.2 Delivery timescales and process
- For most mainland United Kingdom addresses we aim to deliver within approximately 7 to 10 working days from your order. These timescales are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Where your delivery falls outside our usual timeframes a member of our team will usually contact you with an updated estimate.
- You will receive order updates at key stages including order confirmation, dispatch notification, a delivery window before the day and a message when the delivery team is close.
9.3 Access and missed deliveries
You are responsible for ensuring that
- the delivery address is correct
- there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle
- the route to the room of choice is clear safe and large enough for the items
- any parking restrictions or building access instructions are provided in advance.
If we or our delivery partner cannot deliver because there is no one available at the agreed time or because of access issues a redelivery fee may apply. The current redelivery fee is 60 pounds but this fee is subject to change. The fee shown on our site or advised to you at the time you arrange redelivery will apply.
9.4 Hold service
If you are not yet ready to receive your order we can hold it for you once it is prepared. We will store your items and arrange delivery on the next available date after you confirm that you are ready. This service is free but we cannot guarantee a particular future date.
10. Risk and ownership
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us or to a person you nominate to receive them.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment for the products and any delivery charges.
11. Returns cancellations and refunds
Your rights to return products and receive a refund depend on the type of product and the reason for return. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy which forms part of these terms.
11.1 Change of mind returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.
- Returned items must be unused in the same condition as received and in the original packaging with all parts accessories and instructions included.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. For large items where we arrange collection a collection charge may be deducted from your refund. Collection charges are subject to change and the amount shown on our site at the time you request a return will apply.

- If you cancel your order before it has been delivered your refund will usually be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours after placing the order may incur an administration fee of up to 50 percent of the order value to cover production and scheduling costs.
- For items already delivered and returned because you have changed your mind, refunds are typically processed within 14 working days of the item being received and inspected. A fee of up to 50 percent may apply to cover delivery and collection charges for large items.
All fees and percentage deductions mentioned in this section are subject to change. The fees and percentages stated on our site at the time you place your order or request a return will apply.
